Hi, welcome! I'm Mary Piper, Certified Health and Fitness Consultant. For 18 years I was involved in the health and fitness industry as owner and publisher of Louisiana's Health & Fitness Magazine. In 2016 I sold the magazine and decided to pursue my passion and become certified as a health and fitness coach so I can help and inspire others to start living a healthier lifestyle.
I motivate and educate people who want to transform their lives to become healthy and fit by sharing ways to reshape their nutrition and exercise habits to create an improved lifestyle. By navigating my clients into a Whole Foods approach, this will ultimately optimize their health. All my life I've been into exercise and eating right and believe that combining healthy eating with moderate exercise is the formula for a healthy lifestyle.
I work with individuals who have decided they are ready to get into shape and want to start eating better so they can start feeling better, have more energy, more focus, sleep better and are finally ready to reach their health and fitness goals.
I have several options available for fitness training, from a personalized one on one session in your home, to short exercise videos delivered directly to your email to zoom conference where I can direct you virtually as your exercise.
I also host workshops for companies and organizations to educate and inspire management and employees to improve their nutrition and fitness levels, which will lead to healthier, happier and more productive lives.
I am a Health Coach certified by the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute as well as having my certifications in Personal Training, TRX and PopPilates. I would like to help you energize your body and invigorate your life!
