My name is Mary Piper and I’m a Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer. I motivate and educate people who want to transform their lives to become healthier and more fit. I share ways to reshape nutrition and exercise habits to create an improved lifestyle. I’ve been into exercise and eating right all my life and it’s my passion and desire to help others.  

 

I put this challenge together to make it EASY for people to get back on track with their health and fitness goals.  I know how difficult it can be to try to make health and lifestyle changes on your own. Now you’ll be plugged into a community of people that share your same goals.
